Before joining Washington Observer, Chen worked for the ਀䔀渀最氀椀猀栀ⴀ氀愀渀最甀愀最攀 渀攀眀猀瀀愀瀀攀爀Ⰰ 䌀栀椀渀愀 䐀愀椀氀礀Ⰰ 愀猀 愀 爀攀瀀漀爀琀攀爀 愀渀搀 漀瀀椀渀椀漀渀 眀爀椀琀攀爀 漀渀 ഀഊpolitics and international affairs from 1994 to 2000.
